The BM53 Mobile and BM155 Mobile Portable dot marking units are characterized by their low weight, ease of use, good marking depth and high marking speed. The portable dot marking units offer reliable and unchangeable markings directly into the material of the workpiece. The markings, which can consist of text, logos and data matrix codes, are created from of a series of needle points.
Possible applications are small series and use in areas that have no connection options such as electricity or compressed air in the vicinity of the workpiece.
The portable dot marking units are controlled by an app on a mobile device (smartphone, tablet or laptop). The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. So there is no need for an integrated or external controller.
The desired marking is entered directly into the app on the user’s mobile device (e.g. smartphone) and transmitted to the portable dot marking units via WiFi connection. The marking can now be applied.
The devices are powered by a lithium-ion battery with 5 Ah/18 V. Duration of use, depending on the intensity, are between 8-24 hours.
